United States Equestrian Team member and CCI**** rider Lynn Symansky brings over 25 years of experience with horses to her job as a competitor, trainer and coach. Lynn trains and operates her businaess out of Handlen Farm, a beautiful 33 acre facility nestled in the heart of Middleburg, Virginia.
Lynn has an accomplished resume which includes being a member of the 2011 gold-medal winning Pan American Games team, 2014 World Equestrian Games team, 2015 Aachen Nations Cup team, traveling reserve for the 2016 Olympic Games, and member of the 2017 gold-medal winning Great Meadow Nation’s Cup team. She has completed 10 CCI**** competitions around the world at Kentucky, Badminton, Burghley and Pau.
She brings her vast experience to every challenge, from showing young horses the ropes and inspiring confidence in her students, to running double clear around the most difficult courses in the world.
Lynn has been fortunate to ride a variety of talented horses, from off-the-track thoroughbreds (OTTBs) to U.S.-bred and European-bred Warmbloods. Lynn has brought many horses up through the levels on her own. She has the instincts and experience to customize an approach to bring out the best in both horses and riders.
In addition to her competition career, Lynn also has extensive teaching experience and is a USEA ICP certified instructor. From coaching advanced-level competitors, talented young riders and ambitious amateurs, Lynn’s experience is valuable to all levels.
